General Good run tonight! In some ways we are extremely a head and the others will catch up soon. Thanks all for your work this weekend!
Next Rehearsal/Schedule Monday May 13th OFF!!!! Tuesday May 14th Call 6:30 crew and actors, may work some schtuff before the show.
Actors Are great Nikki, Melita please get me your Ramona receipts. Thanks. Men, need to wear spats at all times.
Set . I’m concerned how the sound cabling may effect build of the city scape. Also, we’ve got band hanging off the platform, need to discuss/fix?
Props all champagne glasses removable from tray some removable h’or devers hor’devours, crap, finger foods on another Pocketwatch broke (easily fixed I believe) I printed out three newspaper covers. I believe we’ll need three white slavery papers. Need a cut out article, or twelve for Miss Dorothy’s purse. (the big shot bachelor or whatever article) Spray guns need to be a little varied, not just silver maybe some black lines or something or a lable of some sort?. Can we pre cut the train tickets for sara to rip up, she’s havin a hard time cuz they are cardstock. Syringe is missing, do we have a second? Can the jar lid, get ungunked, the spray paint made it hard to open, also, can we get a lable, the handwriting while nice handwriting, looks like….er handwriting…. The lamination on the tourist maps is glaring, can we copy and make non present day looking ones please? Can we age up the vogues. They look too present day. (sorry but especially with Audrey Hepburn, she was a fifties actor and she’s noticeable on the covers)

Sounds/Lights/Special FX STUART Can we talk through cues on Tuesday, what they are, and what they need to be? Will need to add in the vacancy sign when the hotel drop is down need a specific cue to turn the no off in the first hotel scene. 82 should be a black out 6 is when the black is down so there will have to be front lights. In the speed test, can we dim the lights SL when Sara and Scott are SR so that the desk leaving is masked Need Black outs for the line up before jail scene Sam, shorten and more delicate phone rings please, and need the clock sq please and thank you. The projections are all working the cues got mucked up on the ones that didn’t show. (my opinion): I think the white subtitles worked the best, you could see the ones in the “bubbles”, but they kind of looked weird. Also, can we make bigger? And maybe instead of where the characters are they should just go left to right so that we don’t have to worry about overlap for a while? ???? just my thoughts. Need to gel/refocus, get smaller light for sound.

Crew Good job tonight, all lot of the fixes we did were utilized, and if I called the lights and battens right you would have been pretty close to perfect! Band needs to move sooner, tell me and I’ll cue you if necessary. Can we aim Lariena’s flaps stage left? The middle tree of terrace kept slapping steven need to either get rid of that handsy branch or face it upstage, put in time out if you will. I am just thrilled with all of you, you are amazing, and I’m so proud of you and the great work you are doing. Need to glow the spikes different glow for different scenes, can put one line two three and on, or dots, or slashes, but I say glow them all differently, right it down, and if some don’t need it, you’ve already done it and don’t find out the hard way.
