| Set Thoroughly Modern Millie Punch list Punch list 5/13/13 Phones-are falling apart, and the earpieces don’t fit in the hangers-Michael Pouf-cover and foam-Mary Ellen Lever-built and attached to batten 6-Builders, yes like a Frankenstein lever for the no vacancy sign No tapping in lobby sign-hang on batten 6- green sign in staging area, just needs to be attached Hang Sincere Trust Sign on the band drop (batten 8) Second Door from SL not closing-maybe fixed, couldn’t tell. Door knob fell off of the first door SL (knob is on table with light board) Band platform needs another foot but can only be on one side as the elevator is running in to it, (and guitar player as it is. Band masking-only for piano now see notes below Elevator front Elevator chandelier Vanity Stool needs fabric-Mary Ellen Floor-Barb Stenog chairs need to be tied to the rollers (the other 11 need to be finished), the one that Ed and Dan did works and we need to do the same to the rest The hook and eye for the tie drop is not easy enough to clasp in a short amount of time. Brushes for revolving door luan for frame of revolving door Dressing for window Stenograph’s-need to be put on desks, one needs paper that rolls. (Everything else is a nicety and should be completed when the rest of the list is done.), we need to be able to rip the paper off of Sara’s machine mid scene, will we be able to do that? Need to attach 11 to desks, the 12th (Sara’s) need to be able to go on and off desk easily. Vines on the terrace walls Numbers put on the elevator (Jessie said would purchase, not install)-they are in a McCoy’s bag, it was in the STAGE RIGHT corner of the rehearsal stage, not sure where it is now. Sue did the door numbers, and they were also in that bag. Piano, raise the shelf three inches, move supports to sides, widen the drill holes. Put the pivot back in the band platform Building far SL on city scape is into ladder and has scraped a few people can we cut the edge off please it is dangerous. Will need black paint for floor (Jessie will base coat tomorrow night, should Jessie go get paint from McCoys? Reweight baton 8, 6 and 2 |
