General Worked Show, got to just before the last scene.    When picking up your costumes tomorrow: it is SUPER important that you take your costumes, smile, thank Ramona and leave.  You will most likely not be asked to try anything on.  She may give you things, you think you don’t need.  Don’t say anything, we will fix it here.  Just smile thank her and go.  (this is for your well-being.)   Bring your costumes to the theatre.  Take your costumes to the dressing rooms and hang them under your marked spaces.  We will LABEL everything.  Please don’t try stuff on until it is labled.  After that feel free to try on and write down any fixes/alterations needed.  Mary Ellen, our Artistic Director, and our lovely costume crew will help pin and label costumes.    There is a sign up for a Thoroughly Modern t-shirt by the sign in clipboard.  If you want a shirt sign it.  Jill is in charge of the shirt so if you have any questions, see her.  The shirts are $15.00.   We rent from A cut above costumes in Round rock texas.  150 Texas Ave ste 205 Round Rock Texas 78664.

Actors   Thanks for working through it, it will only get tougher as we throw more stuff at you so please maintain your great attitudes. Sam Watson, your Flannery letters for IN sincere trust were on the shelves tonight, have a look please.  There is a post it with Flannery on them.  Stephen, I promise there is a pen for you on the prop shelves.

Set Updated punch list attached.  Re-weight 2 and four Michael, can we chat about the no vacancy sign, and the stenog machines tomorrow?

Props Pocketwatch broke (easily fixed I believe) I printed out three newspaper covers.  I believe we’ll need three white slavery papers.  Need a cut out article, or twelve for Miss Dorothy’s purse.  (the big shot bachelor or whatever article)

Paint

Sounds/Lights/Special FX Plug was gone for Cliff’s computer (to put into system) Sound board would not/could not turn on.  (It also would not could not eat green eggs and ham) Ron, can we set up an SM headset tomorrow, fix the com in the fly and figure out what’s going on with the board? Stuart, we need to create a narrow corridor of light on the thrust for the jail cell scene so that setting up the jail cells is a little less obtrusive, can we chat about this.

Crew You guys rock!  Great Job today, only second rehearsal and there was improvement, we’ll get another chance tomorrow, and Saturday we’ll work some stuff as well as really talk through the show.  Kristie, for times when the five doors are on, and people start onstage, please have a crew unlock from the back.  Kristie, when you set the sink SR, can the faucet be to the wall so that it comes out in a smooth arc, and the actors don’t have to turn it?  Thanks! Crew, I’d like to work the Jail cells during the vocal warm ups please.  Emma, can you put on your list, to hand Stephen a pen write before he goes on stage the very first time (when he walks out and Sara trips him.) Saturday Call Crew Call 1-4:30 costume label organize for tech trouble shoot 4:30-6:00 dinner break 6:00 prep for tech run Spots and fly your call is 6:00 unless you can help with costumes.
