Costumes Make sure you give descriptors or talk to Jessie or Ellen about costume fixes, I can’t fix something I don’t understand/can’t find.

Set Is it possible to change the laundry drop, I’m seriously concerned about the people who have to use them, and if they get oodged during the baton drop someone could seriously hurt themselves.  Redoing the sheet

Sounds/Lights/Special FX It is extremely hard to do a good job with the consistent changes, and the lists don’t match the board don’t match my book.  Projector needs new filter cartridge 60.5 needs to be a blue, not black out.  Fog hose SL slipped   0 mic cables 0 mic elements

General Super show Friday especially considering the rain, and the technical difficulties, no one had any idea any tech was going awry! Standing O (technical difficulties included no headsets act one.)   Super Duper show Saturday!  The audience loved it, and all of you!  Standing O   Keep those Saturday afternoons open, we’ll hear soon if we are adding   Please do your trash duty all, I don’t want to call anyone out but it’s not getting done over in the Pepc…

Sounds/Lights/Special FX Need to move the booth spot onto the balcony, too distracting for the balcony peeps.  Still no fog I need a channel list please.   Thanks for fixing the headsets Fri and Saturday Ron.  No projector at all this evening, it kept turning on the turning itself off all night, no subtitles.  Need to fix before tomorrow’s show please.

Costumes Are there spats that still need to have black elastic?

Facility The Air conditioner is working very hard and not doing much, can we take a look at it? I noticed a leak in the overhang out front, it has caused a light to go out, and could potentially do some more electrical damage.

Set The stenog desks need attention, specifically abby’s and devon’s (they are marked on the desks) The ledge is fine we did the change very quickly we don’t need any more it’s great! The sheet on the laundry drop fell off in the first scene we need an alternative to gaff tape please.

Actors   People were just raving, you did such a great job! We’re going to start settling into a routine, but please stay consistent if you are a second early or a second late or change wear or how you do a costume change it may be the difference between not getting onstage or getting injured.

Costumes I put new sheets in all of the dressing rooms, please make sure to put any notes on the new sheets so we can find out where we are, and any fixes that may have been missed.  Costumes will be washed on Monday, we’ll put them in the laundry carts (appropriate no?) on Sunday.  Only washables.  Suits and dry clean only will be freshened.
