General Worked scenes and dances   Costume pickup is Friday.  You need to sign up for a time to pick up costumes.  If you need someone to pick up for you, ask your castmates or Jessie D.    We rent from A cut above costumes in Round rock texas.  150 Texas Ave ste 205 Round Rock Texas 78664.   No more conflicts peeps unless you are sick.  We cannot run this show successfully without everyone present.  Be here.  Your castmates need you.

Set Yes, we do need to tie the chair to the wheels.  Can the opening to the speakeasy be just the tie? David chose option 3 for the elevator, but remember we need hand rails.  THANKS

Props Do you have the mama pic? Need three typewritten letters for Flannery Pocketwatch broke (easily fixed I believe) Need a coffee mug (we pulled one, just wanted you to know that’s why it’s on the shelves)

General We got through the whole show!  With set changes, great job actors and crew!  Pretty great for the first time, it will only get better!   There will be a sign up for picking up costumes tomorrow.  Costume pick up is Friday from 10:30 to 1:00 and 2:00 to 5:30.  All those needing assistance, I can pick up for six, and there may be some others in the cast that can help as well.  For first timers, we’ll need a check written to a Cut above (for deposit purposes only, in the event your costumes are totally trashed when checked in) driver’s license number, phone number and address.  Your proxy will need this info if you hope to have costumes for the weekend.   We rent from A cut above costumes in Round rock texas.  150 Texas Ave ste 205 Round Rock Texas 78664.

Crew You guys rock! On the wood on the back of the steno chairs I put spike tape, tan is for those that enter SR, Red SL and front row, purple back row, so if it has tan and is purple SL back row.  Also there is tan spikes for placement for top of two.  Reminder that for Act 2 scene 3 pillows need to be in the laundry cart so that they can get the flowers and spray guns easily.  Please wait for the cart to go in the wing before taking out the ledges.  Kristie can you put the cue words for Graydon’s desk on the hell board?  (move it, and GO! And maybe a little bit before?:) Scene five needs a laundry cart SR The second dining table needs to be in front of the proscenium. Thanks for grabbing the room service Tray EMMA!

Next Rehearsal/Schedule Saturday, May 4 Just an FYI, there is an usher training going on, they may go over the 2:00 we may have to be patient and allow them to finish.   2:00-5:00 2:00-2:25-They Don’t Know-Melita 2:25-3:40-Muzzy and the Pips 30 for vocals 45 for dance 3:40-4:10-Nutty Cracker Stephen, Steve W, Devon, Sara 4:10-4:30 How the other ½ lives-Sara & Tiffany 4:30-5:00 Speed Test Play off –everyone in that number…   SUNDAY and Monday are off!  Enjoy the rest, but keep the show in your heads!

Set I pulled a vanity and added mirrors to it, I think it would be cool with some quarter circles off of the triangle.  Pretty please? Millie’s stenograph needs to be removable. Jail cells, mid bar places weird shadow may need to trade for a top and bottom bar Can the other ledge be a priority the actors need to start dancing on it I like the fans on the side of the mirror, can we do that?  Smaller?

Props Do you have the mama pic? Can you glue the golf ball in the cup, it fell out during the scene change!  Spanks!

Paint the white and gold vanity needs to be painted differently, something warmer perhaps like a mahogany?  Hopefully scallops/quarter circles will be added.

Sounds/Lights/Special FX Ron/Sam, can you help us get orchx sound in the system so cliff can hear the actors?  (the speaker right in front of him isn’t helping him) Sam, Mutz also has a guitar and eukelelelelele.

Crew Remember Monday is crew training at 6:30 in the theatre, we will start with a tour then go through the “hell board” as well as spot and mic training.  We will then spike all the furniture as we talk through changes.
