Actors   Please remember to put your props away!  Also remember to take your drink cups and bottles out with you.  Gentlemen, as we have 25 ladies and 10 of you, we will need to use both dressing rooms for the ladies and the arts and crafts room of the PEPC for you, you will still have audio lights, and mirrors.  Just wanted to give you a heads up!  Thanks

Set Need a vanity and a table (table for folding, vanity for dressing room) Millie’s stenograph needs to be removable.

Props We will need plastic ware for the dishwashing scene.  Plastic plates if possible (we have some actually, but don’t know if they’re enough.  Can we get a second flask?

General Good work all a lot of work was accomplished! Not too many late cuz of poppy fest!  A coup! Great job at the Poppy Fest ladies!  Especially having to do it twice! Please help move set pieces in Monday night, and thank you!

Next Rehearsal/Schedule Saturday, April 27 Dance and vocal review, Yes we will do forget about the boy, (gotta practice before poppy fest at 5:45 All black, skirt, dress, need tights Poppy Fest on the square, parking is going to be hard, so give yourself time to park farther away and walk to the palace.  (nothing was published about parking this year so I don’t know what to tell you… sorry)  I do believe that 8th street (the east to west street south of Palace) will be open.  Austin Ave will be blocked off I believe. 1:00-1:30 Forget about the boy 1:30-2:00 Nutty Cracker 2:00-2:30 Priscilla Girls (for vocals) Not for the life of me tag 2:30-3:00 Opener Closer Everybody but Melita 3:00-4:00 Muzzy and her boys, and Devon and Jill and Steve Menke 4:00-5:00 Milly, Jimmy, Trevor, Miss Dorothy

Props Faith, we have two tables in café society, can you dress them?  Fancy.  Couple of candlesticks, etc.  setting for two at each, we’re using round tables.  Put as much as possible in center for ease of carrying.
